KUALA LUMPUR (July 5): Malaysia’s participation at Expo 2020 Dubai is poised to showcase the country’s commitment to sustainable development and green innovation to millions of visitors expected to attend the expo from Oct 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022.

In a joint statement, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin and Energy and Natural Resources Minister Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said as the first net-zero carbon fixture at Expo 2020 Dubai, the Malaysia Pavilion would have the distinctive opportunity to link its sustainability feature to the implementation of sustainability practices under the Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) system.
